Dr. John R. Clymer

Dr. John R. Clymer is a pioneer in simulation-based systems engineering with more than 50 years of experience in complex systems design, artificial intelligence, and optimization.

He is the creator of OpEMCSS (Operational Evaluation Modeling for Context-Sensitive Systems) — a graphical, icon-based simulation framework that enables the design and execution of complex adaptive systems with minimal coding.

Dr. Clymer is the author of Simulation-Based Engineering of Complex Systems (Wiley), and his work has been applied across defense, aerospace, and large-scale systems modeling environments.

His contribution to IMU LLC is foundational — providing the systems architecture and simulation framework underpinning the IU/MU Transducer and LENR system design.

Amar M. Vakil

Amar Vakil brings deep expertise in signal intelligence, predictive systems, and anomaly detection, with a background spanning NASA JPL, control systems engineering, and advanced signal processing.

He is a key contributor to the Autonomous Universal Predictor (AUP) framework — designed to extract meaningful signal from highly complex and noisy environments, including biological and quantum-scale systems.

Within IMU LLC, Amar leads the development of the computational and signal-processing layer of the IU/MU Transducer — enabling real-time interpretation of energy–matter interactions.

Dr. Sergei Godin

President of R&D · Plasma Physics & Quantum Energy Systems

Dr. Sergei Godin is a physicist and experimental systems researcher specializing in electrical engineering, analog and digital electronics, signal processing, plasma physics, and advanced energy systems.

His work spans experimental electrodynamics, vortex plasma systems, signal-processing architectures, and alternative energy technologies, with a particular focus on the development of the Quantum Hydro Energy Transducer (QHET) framework as a next-generation platform for energy generation and storage.

At IMU LLC, Dr. Godin contributes expertise in:
